Superb collection of practical graphics programming tricks.
There's several great examples on deferred rendering in the book. Mostly optimizations, but the chapter on deferred transparency was exceptionally useful.
if your interested in Deferred Rendering, then this is the book for you. It gave me a better idea what techniques Deferred Rendering\Shading use; its problems with antialiasing, the use of multiple lights, and shadows. Also, an enjoyable read.
Wide range of interesting topics, and with good content. Good value for money.
